What data is processed
This website has no forms, asks for no registration and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The only data processed is what you send when you write to ask@volm.studio: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.

Purpose and legal basis
- To answer your message and, if it fits, prepare a proposal. Basis: your consent when you write, and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- If a project is signed, to manage and invoice it. Basis: the contract and legal obligations (article 6.1.b and 6.1.c of the GDPR).
How long
Emails that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer needed, within one year at most. Project data is kept while the project lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial law.
Who else sees it
No one, unless required by law. The providers that host the website and the email process data on behalf of VOLM. Data is never sold or passed on.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ask@volm.studio. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
